Here is my favorite smoothie recipe. What are yours?


2 Ripe Bananas

1 Cup Frozen Strawberries, Blueberries or Cherries

4 Leafs of Kale

1 Cup of Vanilla Almond Milk

2 teaspoons Chlorella,

½ Scoop Vanilla Plantbased Protein

1 teaspoon Chia seeds

Blend all ingredients in a Vitamix
